  • packed dark brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
  • undiluted Carnation evaporated milk - 1 c
  • 9-inch deep-dish frozen pie shell, thawed - 1 item
  • Streusel Topping - 1 item
  • Combine filling ingredients in order given
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • dark brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • chopped nuts either walnuts or pecans - 1/3 c

How to make apple butter pumpkin pie:

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Top with Streusel Topping. Bake for additional 15 minutes. Makes one 9-inch pie.Streusel Topping:3 Tbsp. softened butter1/2 c. flour1/3 c. dark brown sugar1/3 c. chopped nuts (either walnuts or pecans) Combine ingredients.
