Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- pinch salt - 1 item
- eggs beaten - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Use 9 x 13 long baking dish or pan
- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar
How to make pineapple cheesecake:
Mix all above in one bowl by hand. Use 9 x 13 long baking dish or pan. Bake 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar Mix and put on stove on warm heat. Stir or beat until smooth.
