sugar - 2 c
soda - 2 tsp
pinch salt - 1 item
eggs beaten - 2 item
chopped nuts - 1 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
Use 9 x 13 long baking dish or pan
pkg - 1 oz
confectioners sugar

How to make pineapple cheesecake:

Mix all above in one bowl by hand. Use 9 x 13 long baking dish or pan. Bake 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar Mix and put on stove on warm heat. Stir or beat until smooth. When icing is warm put on warm cake.
