Apple butter



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- water - 2 c
- cloves - 1/8 tsp
- allspice - 1/8 tsp
- unflavored gelatin
- medium tart apples - 2 item
- artificial sweetener Equal - 1 item
How to make apple butter:
Peel, core and quarter apples. Combine in blender with 2 cups water, sweetener and spices. Blend until smooth. Cook over low heat until thickened, about 45 minutes. In blender, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water and add to boiling apples and puree. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Fruit, Apple, Condiments, etc..
