Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
  • butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
  • Bisquick mix - 1 c
  • garlic clove, pressed - 1 item
  • zucchini unpeeled, grated - 3 c
  • cooking ??? - 1/2 c
  • regular salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make zucchini souffle:

Mix everything, but eggs and melted butter. Add eggs last. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Cut in squares to serve.
