Zucchini souffle
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- Bisquick mix - 1 c
- garlic clove, pressed - 1 item
- zucchini unpeeled, grated - 3 c
- cooking ??? - 1/2 c
- regular salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini souffle:
Mix everything, but eggs and melted butter. Add eggs last. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Cut in squares to serve.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Squash, Cheese.
