Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 5 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- seasoned salt
- instant minced onion - 1 tsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- cans cream-style corn - 2 oz
How to make corn pudding:
Combine whole kernel corn, cream-style corn and lightly beaten eggs. Add mixture of sugar, cornstarch, seasoned salt, dry mustard and instant minced onion. Stir in milk and melted butter. Pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake in 400° oven for 1 hour, stirring once.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
