- butter - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- sliced zucchini - 3 c
- medium pepper, sliced - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
How to make zucchini skillet:
In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, heat butter, brown sugar and mustard until melted. Blend. Add zucchini, pepper, onion, tomatoes and salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Serves 4 to 6 people.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
