- Bisquick - 1/2 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Parmesan - 1/4 c
- grated onion - 1/8 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini rounds:
Cook like pancakes, about 4 inches in diameter in nonstick frypan sprayed with Pam. Cook until golden on both sides. Makes 6 to 8 rounds.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
