Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- basil - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- large or 4 small zucchini, peeled and diced - 2 item
How to make zucchini pie:
In large bowl, mix zucchini, grated cheese, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix the Bisquick, oil and eggs. Fold into ingredients of large bowl and mix. Put in a baking pan and sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
