Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 item
- butter - 12 Tbsp
- oil - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- tarragon - 1 tsp
- chives - 1 Tbsp
How to make chicken kiev:
Refrigerate butter, juice, chives, tarragon and salt and pepper mixture for 1 hour. Cut breasts in half. Put scoop of mixture in center. Fasten with toothpick, folding butter in center. Roll in water, slightly beaten eggs and flour. Roll in bread crumbs. Brown all sides in hot oil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
