  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 c
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
  • sliced tomatoes - 1 item
  • can crescent roll dough - 1 item

How to make zucchini pie:

Saute zucchini and onions in margarine; add spices. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add shredded cheese. Add zucchini. Press rolls into pie plate to form crust; add zucchini mixture. Cover with sliced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes (cover edges with foil to prevent overbrowning). Remove foil last 10 minutes of baking time.
