Zucchini pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1/2 c
- thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
- sliced tomatoes - 1 item
- can crescent roll dough - 1 item
How to make zucchini pie:
Saute zucchini and onions in margarine; add spices. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add shredded cheese. Add zucchini. Press rolls into pie plate to form crust; add zucchini mixture. Cover with sliced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes (cover edges with foil to prevent overbrowning).
