Ingredients/Components
- thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Italian seasonings - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls - 1 oz
How to make zucchini crescent pie:
In skillet, cook zucchini and onion in margarine until tender. Stir in seasonings. In large bowl, blend eggs and cheese. Stir in vegetable mixture. Place dinner rolls in ungreased pie dish, 10 or 11-inch. Fill and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
