Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 4
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- zucchini, peeled and deseeded - 5 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix zucchini, sugar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender, then add to mixture. Mix flour and water for thickening; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
