Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- flour
- water - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 lb
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- apples, peeled, cored and sliced medium - 2 item
How to make apple crumb cake:
Topping:1 c. flour1 c. sugar1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted In bowl, mix flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, water, juice and baking powder. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Top with apple slices.Cut flour, sugar, cinnamon and margarine into pea-size pieces for topping. Sprinkle on apples. Bake in 350° oven 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 12.
