  • butter - 1 item
  • water - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • zucchini - 4 c
  • slices cheese Cheddar or American - 3 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Cook zucchini in water until tender. Drain and add eggs, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Put bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden brown.
