- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- dash of yellow food coloring - 1 item
How to make egg noodles:
In a medium bowl, beat lightly eggs, salt and food coloring. Add flour, 1/4 cup at a time, until blended. Then knead dough until it is stiff. Roll on lightly floured surface into a thin circle and cut into quarters. Slice into strips the width you like. Spread noodles on a cloth and dry overnight.Recipe categories: Egg, Pasta, Main dish.
