Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- biscuit mix - 1 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- cooked zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Beat eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
