Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 3 c
- seasoned bread crumbs
- zucchini
- paprika for top - 1 item
- low-fat margarine - 1/4 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Slice zucchini until just tender-crisp; drain and mix with margarine. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; save 1/4 cup for topping. Mix together with zucchini. Layer with Mozzarella cheese. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
