  • sugar - 1 item
  • American cheese - 1 item
  • tomato slices - 1 item
  • zucchini squash - 1 item
  • Italian spaghetti mix dry - 1/2 pkg

How to make zucchini casserole:

Almost fill a 2-quart casserole with cut up squash. Sprinkle spaghetti mix on top. Cover with tomato slices; sprinkle with sugar. Cover tightly. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until squash is tender. Cover with American cheese; let melt. If too juicy, crumble crackers on top to take up juice.
