Frosted jello salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• boiling water - 2 c
• egg - 1 item
• whipping cream - 1 c
• miniature marshmallows - 1 c
• large bananas - 2 item
• American cheese - 1 item
• pineapple juice - 1 c
• lemon jello - 2 pkg
• pineapple, crushed - 1 c
• Seven-Up - 2 c

How to make frosted jello salad:

Combine jello and boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add Seven-Up. Let chill until partly set. Then add drained crushed pineapple, marshmallows and sliced bananas. Let this chill until firm. Then add whipped cream topping.

Topping: Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and slightly beaten egg. Combine and cook until thick. Then add butter and chill. Beat cream until whipped. Spread on top of jello salad. Sprinkle with grated American cheese. Serves 12 to 15.
