Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- sliced zucchini - 6 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini and onion together for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots, then fold in zucchini and onions. Mix butter with stuffing mix. Spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of 8 x 13-inch pan. Pour the vegetables overRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
