  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • shredded carrots - 1 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • sliced zucchini - 6 c
  • can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Cook zucchini and onion together for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots, then fold in zucchini and onions. Mix butter with stuffing mix. Spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of 8 x 13-inch pan. Pour the vegetables over
