Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- grated raw zucchini - 2 c
- chopped nuts your choice - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Combine flour and cinnamon. Beat eggs until light. Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla flavoring. Add dry ingredients and then the nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Yields 2 loaves.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
