- small zucchini, peeled and sliced thin - 4 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- melted margarine - 16 tsp
- diced onions - 4 oz
- Parmesan cheese - 2 oz
- Bisquick - 16 tsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- green beans
- garlic cloves, peeled and chopped - 2 item
- medium-size yellow onion, peeled and cut into thin rings - 1 item
- , peeled, seeded and roughly chopped - 4 small
- chopped Italian parsley - 1/4 c
- red wine vinegar
- dried oregano
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini quiche:
Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet. Add the beans and cook, stirring and tossing constantly until beans are about half cooked and become bright green. Reduce heat and add garlic and onion.
