Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 8 oz
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
