  • milk - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • onion salt - 1 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • slices bread - 8 item
  • grated cooked potatoes - 1 item
  • cubed ham, bacon, mushrooms or Smok-Y-Links - 1 item

How to make cheese souffle:

Cube bread; put in bottom of casserole. Put meat on next, then potatoes. Put cheese and margarine on top. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over this. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°.
