Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- onion salt - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- slices bread - 8 item
- grated cooked potatoes - 1 item
- cubed ham, bacon, mushrooms or Smok-Y-Links - 1 item
How to make cheese souffle:
Cube bread; put in bottom of casserole. Put meat on next, then potatoes. Put cheese and margarine on top. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over this. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
