Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- yellow squash, sliced and quartered - 2 lb
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Boil squash and onion for 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, carrots, squash and onions. Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Add 1/2 the stuffing mix. Pour squash mixture over the top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
