  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • grated carrots - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
  • yellow squash, sliced and quartered - 2 lb

How to make yellow squash casserole:

Boil squash and onion for 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, carrots, squash and onions. Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Add 1/2 the stuffing mix. Pour squash mixture over the top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
