Zucchini stuffing casserole



Ingredients/Components
- sliced zucchini small size - 6 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- cube melted butter - 1 item
How to make zucchini stuffing casserole:
Boil zucchini 5 minutes or microwave without water for 4 minutes. Drain if boiled. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and chicken soup (no water). Add zucchini, onion, carrots and fold together into sour cream and soup. In a separate bowl, combine stuffing mix with seasoning and melted butter. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, alternate layers of zucchini and stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
