  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • onions, diced - 2 med
  • cup grated American cheese - 1/2 item
  • bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 1 item
  • About 8 cups sliced yellow squash, parboiled and drained

How to make yellow squash casserole:

Dot casserole with 1/2 stick butter. Line dish with 1/2 bag stuffing. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over stuffing. Top with the rest of the stuffing and dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
