  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • egg - 1 item
  • warm water - 1/4 c
  • oil or shortening - 1/4 c
  • dry yeast - 1 pkg
  • scalded milk - 1 c

How to make yeast rolls:

Soften yeast in warm water. Combine the milk, sugar, oil and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1 1/2 c. flour and beat well. Beat egg in yeast mixture and gradually add the remaining flour. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes or you may use
