Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- egg - 1 item
- warm water - 1/4 c
- oil or shortening - 1/4 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- scalded milk - 1 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Soften yeast in warm water. Combine the milk, sugar, oil and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add 1 1/2 c. flour and beat well. Beat egg in yeast mixture and gradually add the remaining flour.
