- oil - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bake at 350° in greased and floured pan 9 x 13-inch for 45 minutes to 1 hour
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/4 item
How to make pumpkin bread:
Mix all together. Bake at 350° in greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1/4 stick butter2 tsp. vanilla Soften cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla; blend well.
