Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- ripe olives - 1 c
- medium can tomatoes - 1 item
- wild rice - 4 oz
- grated Old English cheese - 1 c
- chopped mushrooms canned - 1 c
How to make wild rice casserole:
Soak rice overnight. Rinse well and mix with cheese, mushrooms, olives and onions. Add 1/2 cup hot water and butter. Add tomatoes. Cover; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
