Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- wild rice, uncooked - 1/2 c
- ground beef, browned - 1 lb
How to make wild rice casserole:
Brown ground beef. Brown celery and onion separately. Combine all ingredients and bake 1 1/2 hours, covered, in a 350° oven. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over for the last 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
