Ingredients/Components
- butter or oleo - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- leaf sage less if using powdered sage
- salt
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped celery - 2 c
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth - 4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 12 c
How to make crock-pot stuffing:
Mix all, except crumbs, then add the crumbs. Cook in crock-pot on high 45 minutes. Reduce heat to low for 6 hours. Options: Add a package of chicken Stove Top to this. Add 1/2 cup ground raisins and/or 1 ground apple.Recipe categories: Side dish, Stuffings Dressings, Crock pot.
