Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make white sauce:
Melt butter. Add flour mixed with seasonings. Stir until well blended. Pour on milk gradually, while stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point. Boil for 2 minutes. Yield: 2/3 cup sauce. Temperature: Boiling. Time: 2 minutes.Recipe categories: Grains, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
