Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- sprigs parsley - 3 item
- raw chunk carrots - 1 c
- chunked scallions - 2 item
How to make cream of carrot soup:
In food processor fitted with steel blade, blend all ingredients except milk. Slowly add milk. Blend 30 seconds. Pour into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
