Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • sprigs parsley - 3 item
  • raw chunk carrots - 1 c
  • chunked scallions - 2 item

How to make cream of carrot soup:

In food processor fitted with steel blade, blend all ingredients except milk. Slowly add milk. Blend 30 seconds. Pour into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
