- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- head cabbage, shredded - 1/8 item
- tomatoes - 1 c
- large stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- beef and chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Bring water to boil and add bouillon cubes, garlic powder and pepper. Add onion, celery, carrots and cabbage. Boil gently until vegetables are tender; add tomatoes. Boil gently just until heated through. Contains 48 calories per cup serving.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
