Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/4 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- mixed vegetables or 1 can - 1 pkg
- crushed Ritz or soda crackers - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook and drain vegetables. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix all other ingredients and pour into baking dish, adding cracker crumbs alternately, saving some for topping. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes for onions to cook done. Serves about 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
