Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- grated cheese
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- cans Veg-All vegetables, drained - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped fine or grated - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients (except crackers and butter) and put in a baking dish. Top with Ritz crackers (about 18). Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Note: You can add chopped, cooked chicken. It's good both ways as a vegetable dish or a one meal dinner with the chicken.
