Sweet potato pudding

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1/2 c
• butter or margarine - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• maple flavoring - 1/8 tsp
• mashed, cooked sweet potatoes

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Add margarine to warm sweet potatoes. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until congealed. Serve warm. Serves 6.

Hints: Can substitute butternut squash or pumpkin. Can top with marshmallows before baking.
