- diced onion - 1 c
- Miracle Whip salad dressing - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bag mixed vegetables frozen - 1 (16
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix herb-seasoned - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables as package directs and drain well. Mix in celery, onion, cheese and salad dressing. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle herb-seasoned crumbs on top and cover with margarine.Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
