  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • medium potatoes - 8 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar - 1 c

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Grease potatoes well and bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes or until soft. Split lengthwise; scoop out center into mixing bowl and set shells aside. Add butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese to potatoes and mash until well mixed. Mound into shells. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° until lightly browned on top. May be frozen after filling and baked for about 40 minutes when ready to use.
