- bag frozen vegetables - 1 (16
- crushed butter crackers - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cut cheese into cubes. Place in saucepan with 1/4 cup butter; heat until melted, stirring often. Place vegetables in 1-quart dish. Pour cheese over mixture; mix well.Melt remaining butter; stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves about 4.
