Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley, minced - 1 Tbsp
- breadcrumbs - 2 Tbsp
- large fresh mushrooms, wiped with damp cloth - 1 lb
- slice Prosciutto or bacon, minced - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushroom caps and chop up fine. Combine Prosciutto, cheese, breadcrumbs, mushroom stems, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and egg. Spread dressing evenly inside mushroom caps.
