Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cream of celery soup - 1 c
- French-cut green beans, drained - 1 c
- shredded cheese sharp Cheddar - 1/2 c
- stick melted butter oleo - 1 item
- can white whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- Topping:1 row Ritz crackers, smashed
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix and pour into casserole dish.Topping:1 row Ritz crackers, smashed1/2 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)1 stick melted butter (oleo) Melt butter and stir in cheese and crackers until well mixed.
