Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- croutons - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen mixed vegetables - 2 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook frozen vegetables according to directions; drain. Add 1 can undiluted mushroom soup. Mix together and put in 8 x 8-inch glass casserole dish. Cover with the shredded cheese. Cover with croutons and pour 1/2 stick melted margarine over all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
