Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- medium carrots, shredded - 3 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- seasoned croutons - 1 c
- or 5 zucchini, cut 1/4-inch slices - 4 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Boil zucchini. Saute carrot and onion in butter until soft. Add soup and cream; add 3 cups croutons and zucchini, stirring gently. Place in greased casserole. Put remaining croutons in butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
