Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices bread - 4 item
- green peas - 1 pkg
- frozen mixed vegetables - 1 pkg
- or can French cut green beans - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix and cook with 1 tablespoon of oleo until vegetables are done. Drain. Stir in 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Pour into casserole (2-quart). Cut up about 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese and put on top of vegetables. Cube 4 slices of bread and put on top of cheese. Melt a stick of oleo and pour over top.
