Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- can Veg-All mixed vegetables - 1 oz
- Wheatsworth crackers - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Melt butter and mix with crackers. Mix vegetables, onion and mayonnaise. Layer the mixture and cheese in dish; top with crackers. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
