  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • salad oil - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • carrots - 2 lb
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, diced - 1 item

How to make copper penny salad:

Cook carrots until tender; let cool and drain. Mix the other ingredients and pour over carrots. The longer salad sets the better it gets.
