Ingredients/Components
- large baking potatoes - 7 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- butter - 1/2 c
- creamed cheese - 4 oz
- onion - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese and parsley hold - 1 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Grease and bake potatoes at 400° until done (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Cook until you can handle them. Cut in half; scrape out into mixer bowl, saving shells. Beat centers good. Add sour cream, milk, etc. Beat until fluffy. (You may add more milk if desired.) Refill and put grated cheese and parsley on top. You can freeze them and bake later. Hold in refrigerator for overnight or bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves 14.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
