Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped green onions - 4 item
- large baking potatoes - 6 item
How to make twice-baked potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°. Wash potatoes and rub skins with oil. Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are done. Reduce oven heat to 350°. Cut a slice from top of each potato and scoop out pulp. Mash pulp; add sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and green oRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
